Osteopath Croydon

Croydon Osteopath

Croydon historically part of Surrey had a church, a mill and around 365 inhabitants in 1086 according to the Domesday Book. During the Middle Ages Croydon expanded to a market town and was a centre for charcoal production, leather tanning and brewing. In 1803 the first horse drawn railway opened between Croydon and Wandsworth which lead to Croydon's growth into a commuter town for London and beyond.

Croydon was an important industrial area in the 20th century known for its airport, car manufacturing and metal work. These were later then replaced by Croydon's retail and service economy of today.

Croydon is situated only 4 miles to the west of the osteopathic practice in West Wickham making travelling by car or bus very quick and easy.

Bus routes to and from Croydon are via the popular 119 and 198 routes. There is a bus stop 20m from the osteopathic practice oposite KFC on West Wickham high street.

If you are travelling by car from Croydon to the osteopathic practice there is a large car park behind Carpet Right on West Wickham high street. Rates are currently 30p for up to 1hr and the car park exit is directly opposite the osteopathic practice.
